Youth Alliance as a vision has manifested by the many many hands and hearts behind each program, event and gathering that has been organised. Over years, we have found a good receipe to create the immersive journeys and experiences that we offer to young people in the world.
Each team is comprised of full-time team and alumni, who volunteer to give back the experience they received.
This helps to:
- Create opportunities to learn organising and facilitation
- Continued connection with the team
- Spirit of giving back
- Deepening the understanding of the meta-crisis
Volunteer with us
We welcome alumni to volunteer with us for our immersive programs like Gramya Manthan and Earth Shastra and also help us co-create regional alumni gatherings. Each of the program requires physical presence during the program, prep days and some online calls before.
You could also volunteer with us for engagement process of the immersive journeys, which is fully online. You can support us from the comfort of your homes.
