The Ecology of Self
An offering designed during the pandemic years, facilitated online, joined by 200 people in different editions. The program was a response to the growing need of exploring our inner self as the outer world came to a standstill in the wake of a global pandemic.
Facilitation Journeys
Creating intentional community and facilitating spaces that allow for each of us to show up authentically has been a lifelong pursuit at Youth Alliance. We hosted a six-week intensive Samvaad on “Facilitating Conversations that Matter.” Our goal was to create alternative structures of facilitation with the intention to create a dialogue for a new future.
The Mycellium Way (TMW)
Born out of a function of Youth Alliance, took an independent enquiry of its own by a group of 5 individuals. The intention was to inspire a conscious movement towards community, inquiry, and humanness in all traditional and non-traditional organizational processes. TMW offered leadership development programs, OD, coaching and organisational processes to organisations like Go Desi and more.
Earth Shastra Learning Process
We hosted 3 editions of an online learning process around the themes of Earth Shastra, one of our immersive programs. It was about getting on a collective enquiry on how life flows through systems of today and the audacious act of imagining how those systems could be more life-like. The exercise was to look at the world through each of our lives. It was also about deepening what being human means for each of us.

ONUS
Onus was a wild and ambitious year long program hosted and facilitated within 2 Delhi University colleges, in Hindu College and Jesus and Mary. The program brought about 15 college students across Delhi and the intention of the program was to work with the leadership of these individuals so they can bring about a concrete cultural shift in their own colleges. JMC and Hindu college gave a practise ground. We ran two editions of the program, before realising we wanted to focus on other ways to bring change.
Lead the Change
YA's first ever program was called Lead the Change which was a 6 weeks program where we met thrice a week in Delhi. Each week focussed on understanding the work in different areas like Education, Human trafficking, rural development, livelihoods etc. We would have hands on sessions or field visits once a week under each theme. We successfully ran 6 ediitons of this program from 2012-2014. Some of our oldest YA alumni joined us through this program and still continue to be a part of the community.
