In the past, we have realised that creating immersive journeys for others is in itself a deep experience to work on our own inner transformation. We see each team member as a unique individual who brings with themselves their own journeys, gifts and shadows.
The organisational roles at YA have also been created with each individual depending on their strengths and learning goals, so the positions in long-term won't be restricted to just these roles.
A glimpse of the culture
Everyone at YA deeply connects with the vision of the organization and are passionate about what we do. Along with the work on the outside, the space also allows for continuous inner transformation for each one of us. There is a lot of flexibility in structures that support one’s individual style of working, needs and creativity. We believe that focusing on process and learning allows for us to have fun in whatever we do. Our experiments in collective leadership allow for one to operate from our deepest truths and for us to design our work, such that it nurtures our inner self and creativity. Self Accountability as a strong value and a practise is an important virtue in the culture of our organisation, given the flexibility and freedom we receive from the structures and processes.
We try to have a lot of fun, conversations, food and time together. For us, this is more than just a job. And we invite you to be a part of this community, where we discover ourselves, our truth together.
The process entails 3 different steps. After you submit the application, there would be the first round of interview if selected based on the form. The second round would entail a pre-work specific to the role you are applying along with an interview with a senior team member and a final round of interview with one of our mentors/advisors.
