In an effort to build a cross-domain, multi-disciplinary conversation that nurtures the young appropriately in order to cultivate an integral response to the meta-crisis. Over the years, over two dozen organisations have nominated their next-in-line leadership to Youth Alliance program and the experience has proved pivotal in the participants being able to
(1) deepen their commitment to purpose,
(2) perceptive change in their work ethic and
(3) them finding a mutually supporting community.
Our programs have an NPS rating of 95.
85% participants have found their self awareness deepening,
80% shared that the understanding of their purpose becoming better and
90% say that their ability to connect with others becomes better.
Our effort is to not end at the last day of the program, rather begin there. The practice is to cultivate a life-long community that walks together, supporting, inspiring and nudging the individuals towards greater potential of themselves and greater contribution to the higher purpose.
