One of the essential work in the Alumni Movement is to provide one-on-one need based support to alumni by either the full-time team or a senior alumni in the community.

These online or in-person calls can be:

  • Personal Check-in calls: To make sense of life and present circumstances, to let essential questions appear and in being heard, some new insights to emerge for the individual

  • Explorations around career, livelihoods: A lot of alumni find value to connect and have a sound board whenever they find themselves at a cross-roads with respect to their career, livelihoods, the transition from college to first worl place etc.

  • Spontaneous support: Any kind of spontaneous support required in terms of a social connection, recommendations, support on facilitation, session support etc, anything that is needed, we try to show up for the alumni.

Every 1st week of the month, we would send out an email to set up calls in case you need to. Else through out the month, whenever you might need support, just reach out.
